Three ways to work together

Each one is a fixed, repeatable block — so it fits a bell schedule and a budget line.

In-school enrichment block

We come to you with mats and materials for a movement-and-mindfulness session that drops into an existing period.

Interactive activities that strengthen emotional awareness, self-regulation, empathy, communication, problem-solving and healthy friendships.

Mindfulness & breathing techniques

Simple, practical tools children can use to calm their bodies, manage stress, improve focus and navigate big emotions in and out of the classroom.

Creative arts, music & movement

Hands-on experiences that encourage creativity, imagination, self-expression, teamwork and joyful learning.

Salt room therapy

A wellness experience combining relaxation with the calming environment of our Himalayan salt room, supporting mindful breathing and overall well-being.

Partnership opportunities

Where we can show up

Whether we are supporting families at a school event or running enrichment outside the classroom, the goal is to complement the work your educators are already doing.

Open house & back-to-school nights Family wellness nights PTA/PTO events Family resource fairs Community wellness events Parent education workshops School wellness initiatives Seasonal enrichment program partnerships Future on-campus enrichment

We look forward to partnering with schools and families to help children grow in confidence, resilience, connection and joy — both inside and outside the classroom.

Curriculum fit

What the session does for your students

Move · Create · Connect · Shine is the same framework we use in the studio. In a school setting it maps onto self-regulation, focus and social-emotional learning — the things teachers ask for and rarely have time to build.

Self-regulation
Breath and movement tools students can use at their desk, not only on a mat.
Focus
A physical reset between academic blocks — the point of the session is what happens after it.
Social-emotional learning
Turn-taking, naming feelings, and working in a small group with a shared outcome.
Inclusion
No sport, no scoreboard, no benching. Every ability level can do the whole session.
