Ciara Rodriguez, Child & Family Mindfulness Coach, offers individualized one-on-one coaching for children and families, with a special focus on neurodiversity, mindfulness, emotional regulation, confidence, connection, and family support.
Rather than trying to change who a child is, coaching begins by understanding how they experience their world, identifying their strengths, recognizing where they may need additional support, and developing practical tools that can be used in everyday life.

Ciara Rodriguez is a Child & Family Mindfulness Coach with a special focus on supporting neurodivergent children and the families who love them.
She holds a Child Mindfulness Accelerated Foundation credential and has completed advanced training in Child Mindfulness & Neurodiversity through AFC – AccrediPro University, and is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
