At IN JOY Kids, we believe childhood isn’t something to rush through—it’s something to celebrate.
Every experience is intentionally designed to inspire curiosity, encourage creativity, nurture confidence, and help children develop meaningful connections with themselves, one another, and the world around them.
Through movement, art, music, mindfulness, STEAM exploration, social-emotional learning, and joyful play, children are invited to grow in a space where they feel seen, celebrated, and encouraged to become exactly who they are.
Whether your family joins us through the IN JOY Learning Studio, IN JOY Kids Club, School Break Enrichment, Family Experiences, or our School Partnerships, our hope is always the same:
That every child walks through our doors feeling like they belong.
Because childhood only happens once… Let’s make it joyful.
IN JOY Wellness Educational Enrichment provides play-based educational programs for children and teens through hands-on STEAM experiences, social-emotional learning, mindful movement, creative arts, and nature-inspired learning. Our programs are designed to foster curiosity, creativity, confidence, communication, collaboration, and a lifelong love of learning in an inclusive, joyful environment.
Yoga and play that teach a child where their body is and how to settle it.
Art, music and STEAM — making something is how the day gets processed.
Small groups, mixed ages, and the social work of being kind out loud.
Confidence as the by-product, not the lesson. Salt-suite rest closes the loop.
It’s our philosophy — the heart behind every club, camp & enrichment experiences.
Hands-on discovery that inspires creativity, curiosity, problem-solving and innovation.
Helping children understand emotions, build meaningful relationships, communicate with confidence, and develop resilience that lasts a lifetime.
Children grow best when their minds, hearts and bodies learn together.
Three ways to join us, plus a class for the littlest ones. Choose by your child's age and how often you need us.
Join us at the IN JOY Learning Studio, explore IN JOY Kids Club, connect through our School Partnerships, or discover the joy of our seasonal School Break Enrichment experiences. Every program is thoughtfully designed to help children learn, grow, create, and belong.
This is what childhood looks like at IN JOY.
Children today are growing up in a world that asks a great deal of them. Alongside academic skills they are navigating stress, anxiety, big emotions, changing friendships, and the everyday work of growing up.
Research continues to show that when children feel emotionally safe, connected and confident, they are better able to learn, build healthy relationships, solve problems and reach their full potential.
Emotional wellness is not an extra. It is an essential part of a child's healthy development.
When children feel calm, confident, connected and capable, they are better prepared to succeed — not only in the classroom, but in every area of life.
Jessica and Ciara lead the In Joy Kids programs together. Both are Level II background-cleared.

As the visionary behind IN JOY Wellness and IN JOY Kids, Jessica is passionate about creating welcoming environments where people of all ages can move, create, regulate their nervous systems, build meaningful relationships, and cultivate lifelong well-being. Her vision is to help every individual and family feel seen, supported, connected, and empowered to live with more joy.
Ciara Rodriguez is a Child & Family Mindfulness Coach with a special focus on supporting neurodivergent children and the families who love them.
She holds a Child Mindfulness Accelerated Foundation credential and has completed advanced training in Child Mindfulness & Neurodiversity through AFC – AccrediPro University. She is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has a background in early childhood education concepts, community programming, and nature-based learning.
Ciara’s approach is rooted in one simple belief: children do best when we understand their nervous system, honor who they are, and build from their strengths rather than focusing on what needs to be “fixed.”
Through one-on-one child and family coaching, she uses mindfulness, nervous-system awareness, emotional regulation strategies, sensory-informed practices, play, movement, and connection to help children better understand themselves and give families practical tools they can carry into everyday life.
Her work is especially influenced by her experience as both a professional and a mother. That combination has shaped a coaching style that is warm, practical, individualized, and deeply respectful of the fact that no two children — and no two nervous systems — are exactly alike.
The Learning Studio starts at preschool age and School Break Enrichment starts at four. Groups are small and split by age for the active blocks, so the youngest are never swept along by the oldest.
No. Every program is screen-free and hands-on. When we do teach technology, it is healthy technology habits and digital wellness — a skill, not a screen.
Ciara Rodriguez, our Director of Joy, designs and facilitates the programs. She and founder Jessica Jacobs are both Level II background-cleared, and In Joy is an approved vendor with the Martin County School District.
